Duties
and Responsibilities:

Help
patients to eat, dress and bathe
·       
Deliver
messages
·       
Serve
meals
·       
Turn
and reposition bedridden patients to prevent bedsores.
·       
Observe
patients' conditions
·       
Measure
and record food and liquid intake
·       
Listen
to and record patients’ health concerns and report that information 
·       
Measure
patients’ vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
Salary:
 $40,000 - $55,000 
Education:
Requirements differ, but most states require nursing home
administrators to have at least a bachelor's degree in nursing home
administration, complete an additional internship program, and pass a
comprehensive examination.
Reflection:
I wouldn’t like to be a nursing home administrator because the job
sounds too difficult for me, and I don’t think I would benefit working as that.
