Duties and responsibilities:
Pharmacy technicians, under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, help the pharmacists provide medication and other health care products to patients and consumers. Technicians usually perform routine tasks to help prepare prescribed medication, such as counting tablets and labeling bottles. They also perform administrative duties, such as answering phones, stocking shelves, and operating cash registers. They perform these functions in a variety of settings such as but not limited to hospitals and clinics, community pharmacies and drug stores, and managed health care facilities.
Average Salary: $15,000 - $25,000Education Requirements:
There are currently no state or federal regulations governing training programs, but employers favor pharmacy technicians who have received certificates or associate's degrees from community or technical colleges. Choose a pharmacy technician program that provides in-depth training, which can increase your salary and career options. Most programs take less than a year to complete. Shorter programs may not give you enough training to pass the certification exam.
Reflection: I wouldn’t like to be a pharmacist technician because I don’t really see myself as that in the future.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT!!!
