Sonographer (Ultrasound Technician)
Duties and responsibilities:
 A sonographer is a professional in the medical field whose work involves capturing detailed images in different areas of the body, making reports about the images and forwarding them to the requesting physician in order to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of a patient. These individuals can also be called as ultrasound technician, diagnostic medical sonographer and ultrasound technician. In this type of physical scanning, high-frequency sound waves are used to acquire the necessary images, unlike others such as X-ray which makes use of radiation.
Average Salary:  $88,490 
Education:
Sonography is a medical practice, wherein a technician called as a sonographer uses the ultrasound waves for detecting the internal body conditions in a patient. Since the medical field is growing at a rapid pace, sonography is not an exception to this. The job of a sonographer involves dedication, professionalism and responsibility.
Reflection: I would not like to be a sonographer ultrasound technician because I’m not interested in this.
